AJAX Slow on web bot fast on Localhost

I have a small problems whit my AJAX script, i use it for one shopping barsket bot on Localhost ist relly fast, when i so uploadet it on the web ist have maby 1 to 2sec delay time so why? if i call the PHP pages whitout AJAX so the script ist fast but if it go insit of AJAX ist be relly slow all this happen only on the net or not on the Localhost server?
