Wanting to link from a picture

I want to link from a picture instead of the text in this code and can’t figure it out. I’ve tried everything I can thnk of, but being a newbie is hurting.
Could some one please help?

I thought I could replace “[COLOR=Red]Email to Friend[/COLOR]” with <img src=”../image/image.gif”>
but that didn’t work.
