Hey all,
I am farly comfortable working within the Flash environment, but had a question.
I know you can link to external servers, databases, web pages, text documents, movie clips, etc and have them come into your Flash document. My questiion is this:
I have a site that my client wants redone in Flash. Everything they want would work easily in one small, completely self contained SWF except for two things:
1) a couple of MP3’s. The client said just throw them in but obviously I don’t want them to load if they don’t have to. So, can one create a link, within the Flash environment, that would import the MP3 and play it only if the link was clicked?
2) They have a guestbook that clients sign. This is controlled and offered by the host of the site, and to incorporate it into the current html site is just a single line. Is there a way of having this guestbook appear within the Flash file itself when it is viewed (i.e. within the SWF file).
Thanks in advance!
James
