removing the toolbars on a browser window

Its easy to open a page (via a link) and have it popup with no status bar, toolbar, navigation buttons etc.

how would i do that when the page is input into a url?

for example, i want to open my localhost (http://localhost) by typing it into the navigation bar on my browser and when it loads to remove the toolbars.

thanks guys.

@Tweak4Aug 29.2006 — Unless I'm mistaken, you can't. You can specify what chrome to show for windows that you open explicitly, but when a window is already open, you're pretty much stuck with what is already there.
