Email Form Question

Hi, I have created a form that the user inputs both text and numeric information. And the form also does some basic calculations.

Now this works fine ? , and I have not added any submit buttons or anything like that as yet ? .

But what I want it to do, is when the user presses an “Email” button, I want a script to be able to copy all details on the page including the form boxes and graphics themselves, open the clients defauly email client, and then paste all the details into it 😮 .

I can do it manually, and seems to work with most of the email clients I have tested ? . But unsure of how to actuallt script this.

Can anyone help me to see if this would be possible ?

Cheers.

@KravvitzAug 28.2006 — You can't. mailto: only works with plain text emails.

You could use a server-side script to send the form as an email. I have done such a thing with PHP before.
