Changing Page with thumbnails

I am not good at Java Script and I edit with Dreamweaver I am working on this project and need some help. Here is the site I am working on
[url]http://www.palsmediagroup.com[/url] click on Play Videos to get to the page
When a viewer clicks on the thumbnail on the bottom it opens a new window how can I make it to open in the same window with the new video. This is similar to Fox News video page [url]http://www.foxnews.com[/url] click on there video and you can see what I mean.
Any ideas
