ImgUrl in page title

is it possible in a popup to have the title of the photograph appear in the title tag? not the whole url, but just the title eg: landscape01.jpg

@DelReySuckaauthorAug 25.2006 — pop up page . . . basically, using javascript to have thumbnails open up in a new page, sized to fit the pic. the javascript opens up a new html doc for the popup. i want the title that shows up in the top of the page to show the title of the picture that opens up.
