Putting a link inside a text box?

How do I links to this simple text box? Ive tried this

[CODE]<a href=”index.html”>Help!</a>[/CODE]

but the box see’s it as text, not a link. Im very new to javascript and this stuff, so you know.

Here is the text box

What im doing is making a simple app for my psp and need to use this text box because its the only one that seems to work on the psp.

@KorAug 25.2006 — a textarea is not a modal window, thus you can not insert a link there. But you can do other thing. You may use a list box (if I well understood your aim):
