ImageCreateFromBMP return back image please help

hi i trying to make a funtion for .bmp image files work same way with imagecreatefromjpeg .. then can resize it with ImageCopyResampled and ImageCreateTrueColor ..
at last i found this on the php.net but i allway return the back colours images … seem funtion not work .. but it realy creating resized image when i use function .. 😡
