Help With Real Time Inventory

Hi!
I recently designed and published my own website. I now would like to add Real Time inventory to it, but its telling me to enter my URL for the script. And I really have no idea what that is. I am familiar with HTML, and have read that script can go into it, but I’m not sure how. Can anyone give me any sort of leads as to how to approach this?
