[RESOLVED] Title bar icon but not Fav icon! (RSS icon) Anyone?

Hiya all, just need a bit of help please. Couldnt decide whether to post in html or here in general, Ive seen several sites with a fav icon which is quite easy but then on the right hand side some have an icon, an RSS feed icon.

Example (first one i came across searching google for an example to back up my question):

[url]http://www.telegraph.co.uk/portal/main.jhtml?xml=/portal/rss/exclusions/rssinfo.xml[/url]

To the left of the address you’ll see the fav icon and then on the very right the RSS icon. I was wondering whether its possible to put any icon you want there on a standard page instead of the RSS icon?
