I need a code really bad for the following,
I need it so that the person has a pre defined order he must follow and to proceede he must put a check mark in each step to remember what has been already completed then click a radio button beside Yes / No to close window or continue with the next set of steps. ( some steps not needing the yes / no .. Example: Step 1 listed below)
Customer calls with connection issue
1 ( checkbox ) check to see the status of the modem
2. ( checkbox ) check to see if they can bring up a webpage
Yes – No3. ( checkbox ) Have customer unplug / replug modem
Yes – No4. ( checkbox ) Have Customer Renew IP Address Then try a webpage again
Yes – No
Did this fix the issue Yes – No
** if yes is selected then trouble shooting is over and window closes .. If no is selected then the next step appears and further trouble shooting may proceede
