PHP proxy script (free or not)

hi,

id like to incorporate a highly functional proxy script for use on my commercially hosted website. i found a couple, but they aren’t very functional.

can anyone suggest a script that is (fairly) easy to install, that’s PHP and not CGI (i tried a CGI one and failed miserably), perhaps can connect to SSL pages, definitley can support POST actions, and is either free (preferred) or perhaps has a charge attached?
