setInterval( ) problem in Firefox

The following line is not working in Firefox, but fine in IE

<BODY bottomMargin=0 leftMargin=0 rightMargin=0 topMargin=0 bgColor=”#FFFFFF” onload=”setInterval(‘cycleColors()’, 100);” >
