Help with dragging and dropping div layers?

Ergh, my last post didn’t get through T_T.

Um, hi, I’d really like some help with moving div layers around, because I can’t get it to work. Originally, I had a js file that worked, but only the first layer (move) was movable, and the rest weren’t. Then I accidentally saved over the working js file :... So now I’m stuck with one that doesn’t work, and I’d really, REALLY appreciate any help I could get with making it work, because I really need to update my site ^{^^‘.} Due to zip file size limit constraints, I took out the big top.jpg image, which doesn’t really make that much of a difference. The layers are supposed to be movable when there’s a mousedown on the move.gif image, but it doesn’t work when you drag it around. T_T…

Please ignore the funky things I typed to test out my css! ^{^^‘} Ahahahaha. Once again, I’d really appreciate any help with this!
