passing parameter to html page

Hi i’m writing some code which checks the age of domains. The way i have done this is to pass the domain to www.iwebtool.com:-

$domain = $_GET[‘domain’];
$result = file_get_contents(“http://www.iwebtool.com/$domain“);

…and then filter out the age from $result using regex.

This works OK but the problem is that www.iwebtool.com is not nearly as accurate as www.seologs.com/dns/domain-check.html. What i was wondering was if there was a way to use the latter in my code?
