Dynamic Double Drop Down Menu Trouble

I can’t seem to get my JavaScript Dynamic Double Drop Down Menu to work. I’m new to JavaScript so I’m sure it should be an easy one to fix and I would appreciate the help.

save as a .htm

see if it works for you then.

It didn't seem to help any and I thought all forms within FrontPage had to be saved as an .asp page. Either way it was a no go but I appreciate the suggestion.
