library for Audio stream in php

hi

is there any library for audio stream in php. What i need to do is, first to upload a wav file to server then i have to cut the uploaded wav file to a particular length of time of that wav file and store it with a different name.
I knew only PHP libraries for the audio stream could help me for this functionality.

Need your valuable suggestions and help.
