rounded corners in div

I have a div that is usually a horizontal rectangle but the height goes up and down depending on the content. How can I make it so it has rounded corners instead of square ones like it has now using a border. I was thinking about making a background image that is rounded but how would it expand?

@The_Little_GuyAug 03.2006 — just make a top part, and if you want a rounded bottom, then make a bottom part as well, and put them in 2 different divs, and then have a content div between them.

Example:
<div class="top">
Has the top image
</div>
<div class="content">
Contains the text of the page
</div>
<div class="bottom">
Contains the bottom image
</div>
