@NogDogAug 03.2006 — #Actually, I find the default scrollbars in Firefox (which isn't affected by the IE-specific scrollbar styles) to be less obtrusive. Maybe you should lighten up those shades a bit?
Of course, another solution would be to make your layout more elastic and allow the containers to extend as much as needed to display the data. (It's actually easier to scroll the page simply using the mouse wheel or the scroll keys than to have to grab an internal scrollbar.)

i find those scrollbars to be a little heavy no matter what colours i chose.
is there a way to re-size the scrollbars in terms of their horizontal and vertical width?
if not, what else can i do?
