Combined link constant+var

Hi,

My js is very basic, and I need to make a simple script which I do not know how to. Therefore I will appreciate any help on this matter.

I need a form with an input of about 10 characters long and a submit button (or just a linked word). When I type a word inside the input field and click the button, I want the browser to open in a new window (preferably maximised without any toolbars) in a link of the format “constant link”+“input content”.

For example, if my constant link is [url]http://www.example.com/[/url] and enter in the form input field the word “abcdef”, once the button is clicked I want to get a new maximised window without any toolbars in the location [url]http://www.example.com/abcdef[/url]
