CSS Image Map – Help Please

Hi

I am trying to create a css rollover image map here is my example [url]http://www.retailexchange.co.uk/testmap.htm[/url] if you roll over ‘chichester’ you will see that the area changes colour, great got this part working.

What I need to add is some text that goes under the map image when you roll over the different map parts………. but I am stuck as how to do this… does anyone know how to achieve this?

The thing is now if you view it in IE, the rollovers mess up, they appear then once you rollout, it becomes a mess.....very odd, take a look and you will see what I mean.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong here?
