Search Keywords Regexp

Hey, anybody good with regular expressions who can help me with this? Whay I’m trying to do is create a regular expression which can take a string of keywords and turn it into an array…

Word “and some in quotes”
0 => ‘Word’
1 => ‘and some in qotes’

Word+Another
0 => ‘Word’
1 => ‘Another’

Word&Another
0 => ‘Word Another’
