Creating a table with mathematical equations dependant on variables.

I have a script that works ([URL=http://dempseygraphics.com/calc.html]HERE[/URL] ) and I need to add some more equations to it. Would anyone be able to show me how to create a table with the information depending on variables entered by the user?

This script already calculates: miles per gallon, gallons per day, miles per year, and cost per year.
From the variables of: miles per fill up, gallons per fill up, cost of gas, and days between fill up.

I would like to add a table to this script with: gallons saved per day, cost saved per day and cost saved in a 1, 3, and 5-year span. All of these variables should be based on a reduction of a 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% gas intake or usage.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated… I have been slamming my head on this one for a couple of hours now.
