css & aol browser prob

im working on a page [url]www.crazz.org/rerv[/url]
when you open it in aol browswer you have to scroll down the page to see text and pics, when its open in IE soon as the page opens everything is at the top like it is supposed to be, can someone help me out here and maybe show me how to fix this problem
