Mouse over event Problem

I have built a website
Plz visit this url to see the problem.

there is aproblem in the website that is when you take ur mouse to any of the items of Topmenu Bar (Home,stories,Poems etc) some of the contains below gets concatenated.But once u refresh the page again the whole pages returns its original size

Plz help in solving the problem.
