Website Search Engine Help

Hi to you all !!!
I’m building a sort of an index library site.
The entire site is build in HTML and each HTML page contain 20 Links and their descriptions.
I need to build a search engine for this site. The only problam is that I need this search engine to return the links and descriptions themselfs and not the page that contains the links.

Can anyone help me in how to build this kind of search engine?

@the_treeJul 12.2006 — Is the content currently be generated from a database? If not, do you have database suport avaliable? What about other server-side technology?
