Multiple file upload

Hello,

I am needing to create an item listing page for a web application that I am developing, and I would like to offer the user the ability to upload as many files as they would like. In this application there is no reason that this functionality would be abused.

The goal in mind is one where the user could generate as many image upload form elements as they need on the form withouth refreshing the page, upload each file, and store the filenames in the database in an array. I have seen a similar feature before.

How is this accomplished? Am I going about this the right way?
