SQL at certain time

Hi,
Is it possible to write a piece of SQL and then insert it into the PHPmyADMIN SQL box so that the piece of SQL will run automatically every night at a certain time doing what I set?

Thanks.

@metrostarsauthorJul 02.2006 — Hi,

Thanks for that. But is it possible, using cron, to run some SQL in PHPmyADMIN?

Thanks again.

@MicahCarrickJul 02.2006 — No, not that I could think of... it almost doesn't even make sense... phpMyAdmin is a web-based interface to the database where as a cron job is likely running on the same server as the database and running on the backend... the server running the cron might not even have any GUI libraries installed.

You could achieve the same result, it just wouldn't be through phpMyAdmin.
