Install PHP on IIS XP

I want to install PHP on my pc, but there seems to be many things to download from [url]http://www.php.net/downloads.php[/url] I cant work out which one I need for my macine which is XP and using IIS 5.1.

Can anyone advise me whcich one I should download and install
