SEO advice/critique

I have read and read about search engines and it seems as though the harder I try and the more I do the worse the site gets. :rolleyes:

Could I get a review or critique of the site along with some suggestions for on page. Also I wasn’t sure if here or the site review forum was better, but i chose here b/c it is SEO that I am really curious about, although any suggestions are welcome.
