css expert please help!!

Hi All, I am trying to do is get this site to work on my server. Seems there maybe an error with the css file. I am definatley no expert, infact a learning newbie. So hoping someone here can find the problem. Heres what the site should look like:[URL=http://www.tamborinetrolley.com.au/tours.htm]Tambo Trolleys[/URL] . Here’s what it looks like on my server [URL=http://69.80.208.214/tamborinetrolleycomau/tours2.htm]My Tambo Trolleys[/URL] . As you can see it’s missing the header and footer. Here’s the link to the [URL=http://69.80.208.214/tamborinetrolleycomau/inc/css/style.css]css file[/URL] I’m using. I’ve checked all the links and they look fine.

Can any kind soul shed some light as to why I am not seeing the header and footer??

http://69.80.208.214/tamborinetrolleycomau/img/div_head_bg.gif

But the CSS file is pointing to:

http://69.80.208.214/img/div_head_bg.gif

I assume it's the same with the footer.
