Page Linking for a small table

ok here is the temp i am using, it’s [URL]http://www.sumfight.com/nsf/retro.html[/URL]
and in that blue box by band of the week i want random quotes, here is my [URL]http://www.sumfight.com/nsf/yoyoyo.php[/URL] , how can i get those quotes in that box?
