PHPMyAdmin: Need Help

I’m trying to create a part of my music site where artists can upload thier music and fill out a description box, band name, etc – then hit sumbit and it will in turn automatically post it on the music page for others to stream/download.

Some have helped already by pointing me toward a program called PHPMyAdmin for assistance but I’m at a loss with PHP and SQL. Can anyone help? I’d give you access to the server if need be. The site is [url]www.pensatos.com/audio[/url]. This is where I want to put it up at.

Please, any help would of course…well…help. I can give you credit on the page. I’m meeting with record execs next week and I need this up and running.
