Strange IE CSS cache behaviour

Hi deal css gurus. I am testing out a site listed here -> [URL=http://www.stevelim.com/indextest.html]mysite[/URL]

The site works fine in firefox but in IE it requires a hack. The strange thing is, the hack _seems_ to work when the page loads in IE. However, if you click from the back to go to a link and use the browser back button to return, the left column gets displaced. I should clarify that this only happens when using the browser back button. If you force a refresh, the page lines up correctly again.

Can some guru check my css and offer any advice?
