Help with iFrame etc.

I have an iframe on my site, I know how to target=”myframe” , but how do I do that with a text link <link>Contact Us<link> (not real code just ex.) Then I need it to process another text to change on main page each time they change website (i.e. iFrame) for example, xsites website ([url]www.geocities.com/xsitesignite[/url]) if anyone can help thanks

is that what your looking for... i dont think your making yourself clear. I am not sure what your asking for

but if you go to the mainpage of the link I gave, the greenbar that says HOMEPAGE how can I change that text each time they change from quote,homepage,testimonials, etc.
