How to display at least one data row with no data?

I like to display a table with a header row and data rows with data from DB. When no data is retrieved from DB, it only displays a header row. How can I display at least one empty data row even if there’s no data from repository?
I’ll probably use CSS-JSP-XHTML-MySQL combination.

Thanks in advance,

MasterJoe

@phpnoviceJun 12.2006 — This forum is not the correct place to be asking such a question -- unless you're using Ajax to call a server-side process which retrieves the data from the database. If you're not using Ajax, then your server-side process (which detects that there are no rows to return) should add the dummy table row which you desire.
