Need help with aligning!

Before I go onward, I’m a noob at scripting. ?

1) In IE and Mozilla the alignment is messed up.

2) The flash header should be on top, always

3)The bottom gif should be always on bottom

I see nothing wrong with my script, but you probably do :p . My whole layout is to the side a few pixels and my banner is too “down”.

I posted my stylesheet because I thought it might be helpful (no?).
