Frames Keep Changing Size

Hi,

This website works fine on my computer but the frames keep changing their size on different computers. Even on my computer i change one thing in the code and it buggers up. I undo my changes and it doesn’t undo. It’s so strange my frames keep changing sizes.

How do I lock the sizes so they don’t change and mess up my menus? Anyone willing to take a look at my code?
