Serious Help Needed in Aligning an Image in a Table to the Top

Hi All,

I’m trying to help a friend to fix a website he’s designing. The problem is that there is a table within a table containing text in one column and an image in the other column. We can’t find a way of aligninge the image to the start of the text using Dreamweaver/

I have put the code below. Any advice would be seriously appreciated. The code obviously doesn’t contain the image but the position can be seen as aligning to the middle of the text.
