searching for a CSS/Java menu tree

I have search all over the Internet, I have found some interesting softwares and scripts but I want something very specific.

It got to be a menu using CSS and Javascript made as into a vertical tree (with + and – to expand the menu). Once you reach your destination page, that menu got to stay open to indicate where you are in different font or color.

I dont want a link made to the /menu.js but I want it all written down in the page in HTML with the CSS coding.

I want it to be compatible with all browsers if possible or most of it AND with Mac (safari at least)

I dont mind if its free of if I have to pay
