enable selection back in IE

I have the function that executes when I move the mouse over some element ([I]i.e. onmouseover=”f()”[/I]). This function finishes with ‘return false;’ line to disable text selection while I am moving the mouse. It works just fine, but after I am done I cannot select anything in the document. Any suggestions on solving the problem?

should be this:

onmouseover="return f()"
