Domain Question – A how to?

I have two domains. One is developed and the other I just bought. I want to make the one I just bought automatically link to the established domain, when someone clicks onto the new one, after it is established.
I KNOW there is a way to do this, only I dont know the way. Can someone guide me to a place online or book that will teach me? Short of building two identical sites, how do I link the two domains together? The established site is www.MarylandSeamstress.com.
Or ……..is it just a script to use? There is a reason for the second site, it will bring in even more traffic due to the name of the domain = SEO – such as the domain name above – its not greed that drives me just common cents$$.
THANKS, for all that help me, & feel free to email me. Blessings Diana
