Is it possible to put a "form" into an external file ??

Hey all, sorry if this was already discussed. I did a search, and read few threads, but it seems that none would apply to my particular case. Also, I know that there are numerous sources available on the Internet about this, but I would like to know exactly how should I implement it in my particular case …

Anyway, I am interested in a general and easy “technique” to put my “OPEN or GET” drop-down menu script (it’s a simple form, but wuite a huge one) into an external file. If you want to, please see this script on any of my “root-main” pages, for instance see my home-site’s [URL=http://users.volja.net/tayiper/intro.html]intro.html[/URL] page. I guess that this is not as easy as referring to my “marquee” script with the following code (see my site’s [URL=http://users.volja.net/tayiper/index.html]index.html[/URL] page):

[CODE]<script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://users.volja.net/tayiper/script/marquee.js”></script>[/CODE]

So is this even possible (to put and refer a form in/from an external file), and if it is, how exactly should I implement it in my particular case ??
