problem in escape sequence

var Id=5;
key=”hello”;

i need to concatinate dynamic values in a href tag….do i need to use escape sequence.if not how to solve…i have problem in giving the exact quotes.can anyone help me on this

<A href=”#” onClick=”openWin(‘x.jsp?Id=’+Id+'”& key='”+no+”‘,610,499)>”);
