Why does my text expand behind??

Hi people

I have posted a few times about this site and you have helped me a out a great deal already!!

When the text size is increased in IE I would like the text in the right column to push the flash bar down.
(See navigation on left as I have managed to make it work here)

@jogolMay 10.2006 — absolute positioned elements are taken out of the flow... so it will stick to where you told it to be (25.5 em from top).

Did you mean remove the absolute positioning from this

position:absolute;

left:0px;

top:25.5em;

width:880px;

height:6.25em;

z-index:5;

}


I tried that and my flash navi moved above the other elements and did not stay 25.5em from top.
