I’m posting data from a form:

it is a name for example “John Davids”.

i’m then reading it in using:

[code]
$user = $_POST[“txtUser”] ;
[/code]

then when i print out $user it reads:
John

it’s missing out the data after the whitespace, anyone know why this could be happening?

if it matter the name is from a select list.

</select>

if you are using echo then

echo "<option vale="the value">some text</option>";
