PHP rollover image code

Hi all:
I am currently using a rollover image created with Dreamweaver.
There is a lot of code necesarry for this to work. Someone on another forum suggested using PHP because of it requiring less code. Is this true? If so, then where can I get this code?

@pcthugMay 08.2006 — Either you misinterpreted them or they were lying, because PHP is not capable of achieving rollover images. Currently I see Javascript rollovers on your website, I would suggest using CSS to achieve effective and accessible Rollovers without all the code.

I didnt think they new what they were talking about..Thanks for letting me know for sure..I found some good code in Java for my rollover image. Its a lot smaller.

@resullivanMay 08.2006 — CSS would probably be the cleanest way of doing it. No way could PHP do this as it is a server side language.
