Can’t read my form results

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I’ve created a form using HTML on my website and when I go to view the results via email I get an attachment I can’t view.

The error message says:- “This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options Control Panel.”

I know I have to go to Control Panel > Folder Options > (genius eh?!)

But what do I do from there?
