need 2 things at top asap please

hey i have a website [url]http://www.ugplay.com[/url] and on the left there is a image that say ultimate game play and on the right there is white space i want to fill up that white space by puting a fastclick ad does anyone know how i can do that? i tryed it with the html code but culdent get it in the right place can you please tell me the code that can do that i would really appreciate it thankx alot
